Help Launch NEED Initiatives!
We’re working to launch NEED Initiatives on a strong legal and governance foundation. For this early phase, we’ve set up a Legal & Governance Launch Fund to cover legal review, filings, and essential start-up costs.
Contributions currently go to our founder personally for these expenses, so they are not tax-deductible yet. Any remaining funds will be donated by him to NEED Initiatives once the nonprofit is formally established.

NorthEast Education Initiatives (NEEI), publicly known as NEED Initiatives, is a Pennsylvania-based nonprofit in formation, dedicated to improving educational equity across the Northeast.
Our mission is simple: see a need, fill a need—especially for families who shouldn’t have to fight alone or pay out of pocket just to get their child basic support at school.
We’re currently finalizing our IRS 501(c)(3) charitable status and state charitable registration. Once approved, we’ll be able to accept tax-deductible donations to support our growing work—from trauma-informed family navigation through the P.A.T.H. Initiative, to inclusive access for students with VI/BLV and CVI through V.I.B.E., to school safety and fairness through S.A.F.E.
In this early phase, the most important thing you can do is stay connected and share our work with others. Your support helps us launch services in Pennsylvania and lay the groundwork to expand across the Northeast, so more families can access advocacy and guidance without ever receiving a bill from us.
